Who is The Chef?
Abdalrahman graduated from Les Roches in Jordan and proudly represented the country at the Hans Bueschken’s Global Chefs Competition in 2017, held in Egypt. With over a decade of culinary experience, his journey has taken him to renowned cities such as Hong Kong, New York, and Jordan, where he has had the privilege of working with esteemed chefs like Nobu Matsuhisa and Jean-Georges Vongerichten, as well as for leading hospitality groups including Marriott and InterContinental.
In New York, Abdalrahman assumed various roles that enriched his expertise and broadened his perspective. He also staged at Michelin-starred establishments such as Alinea, Yan Toh Heen, and Spoon by Alain Ducasse, where he refined his craft and absorbed invaluable insights from some of the industry’s most influential figures. His diverse background, rigorous training, and long-standing experience have positioned him as a distinguished presence in the culinary world.
